James (colleague) - best customer service we have ever received. He helped us with everything.

We wanted advice on what type of mattress to order and needed assistance. We were served by Ollie and he took a lot of time to explain everything and allowed us to test a lot of different mattresses and pillows. He really helped us decide, which is why we placed an order on the same day.

The store manager showed us which mattresses where best suited to our needs and talked us through what was different about each of them. He then gave us time to try the mattresses out and came back over when he could see we were done. He told us about the extended cover which is something we took out as it would be very beneficial and for such a small price for something that covers us for 8 years it seemed silly not to. He then showed us the mattress protectors and pillows. Again he gave us time to have a look and make our mind up. We purchased a mattress protector after he showed us the different ones. We went with one he said he uses at home so he was able to give us a personal recommendation if it. There was no forceful selling, but making us aware of what else we might need in the future was very helpful. Everything was explained clearly. He also helped us to the car with our purchase as we a got a boxed mattress. Overall we were very impressed by the service given to us.

My wife has Alzheimer's and was looking for a soft mattress, the Manager who served us was totally empathetic and went through the process in a sensitive manner

Great staff. We were welcomed when entering the store and told to ask if we needed any help. Then we were left to look around and make choices ourselves. Then when we had found what we wanted the staff member answered our questions so we placed an order.

The young man was very experienced and helped me choose the bed I needed

The staff were both friendly and knowledgeable they understood my needs and steered me in the right direction. They were neither pushy or trying to sell the product but were just honest and genuine guys. This is the reason I came back after shopping around.

When we have entered we were approached almost straight away, we weren't ready to speak to anyone yet as we just wanted a quick look first. Soon after that the store manager approached us and asked again if we needed any assistance (we were ready to ask our questions) he looked after us, answering all of the questions, invent helped us with new pillows.
