From stepping 8 nto rhe store we were not pressurised at all...we had a look round and then the young chap was there to answer all the questions we asked...He had introduced himself but then stepped back until we were ready to ask any questions..He had great knowledge and was very friendly...would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
