We purchased a waterproof ccover for the mattreess bought from you. There was a fault in the cover - stitching had come away. We phone and visited your Newbury branch where yiur person promptly organised a replacement

When we came to the Dreams shop we didn't have any knowledge of mattresses or what we wanted/needed. James took us through all types of mattresses and explained pros and cons and helped us to find one that would work for me and my husband the best. After 40 minutes of trying we have the winner.

I was met with a greeting and felt welcomed. I was interested in 3 items. Rosie explained them to me (she seemed to know each product very well). I was not rushed into decision even though it was late in the day. Paperwork was explained and dealt with efficiently with no hold ups. It was an easy experience for me. Rosie explained and dealt with everything with ease.

James was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products available. we were offered drinks as the order was being placed. James talked us through everything that had been purchased and offered additional products/services, some of which we took and some we didn't.

The customer service was excellent and the store was laid out very clearly. I was buying a bed for the first time so my knowledge of types of bed/mattress was minimal but within minutes I had a very clear idea of everything due to the skilled salesman and all of the displays in the store. I'd been thinking about buying my bed from IKEA but thanks to the overall experience in your Newbury store I quickly realised that a Dreams bed was by far the better option!

My husband and I visited Dreams of Newbury and was greeted by James who went on to assist us in choosing the right mattress for us. We were looking for a very soft mattress as we were not getting any sleep in our firm/ orthopaedic mattress. Although we had looked at the most expensive mattress in the shop James still advised that we could achieve good comfort in a less expensive mattress therefore not just considering our comfort but our budget too. He explained the mattress compilation and why it is so comfortable. He also went on to explain the 40 day trial period available to us which allows us to return it if its not what we wanted and then detailed the 8 year guarantee which seemed extremely accommodating in view it will cover cleaning of the mattress should a drink be spilled etc., The shop was clean, cool, light and airy allowing us to see clearly what we were buying and we were offered refreshment throughout the experience. We are very satisfied with the good service we received and would definitely recommend Dreams of Newbury. Well done!
