The layout/colour coding of the store made it easy to understand the various options.

Return visit, same advisor, remembered our earlier visit and pointed out the beds we had tried. The order process was straight forward and tge delivery date is within a week.

We were served by James who immediately asked if we needed any help but also allowed us time to browse after directing us to products that would suit our needs. He was then on hand to answer our specific questions and guide us round mattresses that suited our budget. We never felt pressured during the sale but he offered us options that would help with the purchase, delivery, protection and assembly of the bed.

I selected the bed on line and ordered without any fuss or problems in store. Was guided around the in store mattresses by James, (store colleague), who was very helpful in explaining the differences between the various types and who allowed me plenty of time to try them out. James also brought up pictures of the bed and explained how it all went together with great clarity

I walked in and was aloud to browse with out interruption. I was then greeted by dreams staff (James) he was very helpful and he knew his stuff. Very nice man very pleasant to talk to and I was extremely satisfied with his asstence.

Our sales person, James, couldn't have been more helpful. There was no pressure at all and we could spend as long as we liked trying mattresses. We were even offered refreshments which was a very nice touch.

The sales Manager James was very helpful, informative, humorous and charming without doing the hard sell. James clearly understood that buying a mattress is an important decision where time was required and he handled that concept brilliantly. At no times did we feel rushed or any assistance was too much trouble. James is a credit to the dreams brand.

James the Store Manager provided a great service. His knowledge, manner and attention to detail was second to none, He took the time and effort to explain the products, the pros and cons specific to our needs and assisted us with buying the right product for our needs without the hard sell. A credit to the Dreams Brand!!!

Manager was very knowledgeable with all the products and found us exactly what we wanted.
