Love my mattress, comfortable and fits my needs, salesman very helpful and assisted me to make my choice.

I was buying new bed for my daughter. Luckily we were the only people in the store. The store manager looked after us and explained all that we needed to know. I placed the order a couple of days later with his assistant as he wasn't there.And he was equally helpful.

The assistant(Oliver) was very helpful, not pushey or overbearing.

Oliver the sales assistant, was really good at listening to our needs and helping point us to the right products.

We had excellent assistance from Oliver, who was polite, helpful, knowledgable and delightful.

We were provided with the most excellent service by James in Newbury today. He struck a good balance between: Helping us find a good range Encouraging us but not over pushing and thus allowing us to make a decision Instructing a new Employee that day on how everything worked Not getting flustered when one of the IT Terminals refused to function properly Parking was also easy, a real bonus these days. As a result we spent over £1,000 rather than an expected £500, and even purchased an extra pillow!
