Oliver was very helpful without being over bearing

The assistant who dealt with our requirements was most informative and helpful but not pushy in any way. We entered the shop with exact idea of the bed we wanted, we are in the middle of having the house redecorated and he was most helpful with the date of delivery required but also if we needed to change the date it would not be a problem if the work was completed sooner than expected as long as we gave notice. He was also most helpful with regards to disposing of our old bed and arranging for the delivery men to build the new bed for us. Overall a very satisfactory shopping experience.

Went to the Newbury branch and got served by Oliver. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. Came back the day after finalised and made a purchase with him thanks to all his knowledge and recommendations.

great service from the branch manger in Newbury. He looked after us and my 4 year old. great lead time and he understood our requirements well.

We were immediately welcomed to the store and offered advice. The sales assistant (Oliver) was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were rather daunted by the range of different mattresses and he helped us by explaining the different types and options and made the whole experience pleasant and the choice easier.

The Store Manager, James, was very helpful and knowledgeable.

As soon as we walked into the store, we were asked if we wanted any help. However, James the sales advisor was not at all pushy. It was due to his friendly manner (and lovely Scottish accent!) that sold the mattress to us. He spent time answering all our questions whilst showing us the different foam mattresses that were in the store. We had plenty of time to try out the different beds. James offered us a cup of tea or coffee and was fantastic at making us feel comfortable. It was a lot of money however, we walked away feeling very happy with our purchase.
