Dreams - Newbury

My first visit to Dreams (Newbury Store) Oliver was very helpful explaining the difference in matresses and bed base and all the options I could chose, he was very knowledgeable and explained all the information so I could easily understand it. Unfortunately my card declined!! but they stored my quote and I went back two days later to pay. On my second visit, James helped me, I changed my decision and chose another bed, he was extremely polite (as was Oliver) very patient, and very helpful in explaining all the options. I was very satisfied with both my visits and would definitely recommend anyone to buy a bed from Dreams.

The store representative was welcoming and knowledgeable. He listened and understood my needs and gave guidance on what mattresses would meet them. He then gave me space to test without pressure or hovering but was immediately available once I had decided.

James greeted us within 2 minutes of entering the store. I was very impressed with his professional and courteous demeanour. It was most helpful, without being pressurising in any way. He asked us how and if he could help us and asked pertinent and informed questions to assess what kind of assistance we required. We found him extremely knowledgeable and he inspired confidence. After he had given us all the possible information he could to help us make our own decision, he gave us space to do so. After we had done this, he asked if we would like a drink, which we thought was a really nice gesture. He went through what would happen next and explained delivery, guarantees, aftercare fully, in a clear and very professional manner. We will certainly use Dreams again and have been telling all our friends about how very impressed we are ! Thankyou so much.

James, the Store Manager, was polite and professional. The store became busy during our visit and he managed all the customers in a professional manner and managed their expectations about when he could get to them. As we sat to place the order we discussed hot drinks and he kindly got me and my husband a cup of tea each. This was much appreciated.

James, made us fell at ease and explained everything we needed to know, he also showed us alternative products to help us thought our purchases.

James, the salesman, was available but not pushy. He provided good information and processed the purchase very efficiently.
