The manager, James, was very helpful and gave us just the right amount of attention. We were offered drink and he was very helpful and friendly.

The person that served us was working on their own that day but they did not rush us and were very professional and helped us decide and didn't mind when we went round trying all the beds to work out which mattress we wanted. Very friendly gentleman and was very helpful so I would recommend my relatives to go to that shop in Newbury.

Ollie gave us good service throughout our visit, was not pressing in his manner and made suggestions guiding us through our requirements.

I was approached shortly after entering the Newbury store and asked if I needed any help, after looking on line I thought I knew what I was looking for but realised quite quickly after explaining to James what I wanted that I didn't really know the difference from 1 matresses to another. James talked me through each type of matresses and I tested each type he then left me to go back to each matresses which enabled me to discard some options, I ended up purchasing the Kendall k matresses and after 2 weeks can say I am extremely happy with my purchase and am sleeping far better than before, although I am finding it harder to want to get out of bed.

My wife and I attended the store late on a Sunday. The staff were excellent and made themselves available to talk to us and to assist with our purchase. Oliver was extremely good and we felt that his level of support and customer service was exceptional.
