The sales assistant at the Newbury store was very attentive with advice and drinks, and gave us plenty of space to make our own decisions.

A good size store with plenty of choice to view and investigate. Clear pricing information. Very friendly staff who offered water or tea & coffee. Despite being with another Customer the salesman did not ignore us and offered assistance as soon as he could and answered all our questions. We felt important and valued to Dreams. Ordering process very good, excellent delivery date offered. All in all a very good experience, a store to go back to when we come to change our Mattress.

Beth any was very approachable and knowledgeable about the beds. Her customer service was excellent.
