James, the advisor we spoke with, was highly knowledgeable and very friendly. He wasn't pushing the sale and made us aware of all aspects that were relevant to us.

The assistant was very efficient , explained the makeup of the mattress we were looking at and served us with a smile.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a 'good morning' and no pressure. We informed assistant of our requirements and given and shown items that were suitable for our needs and time and space to check which item most suited us. Our order was taken and completed quickly and efficiently and a delivery date agreed with no pressure to purchase further items. Very helpful and friendly. Have been a customer previously and experience this time again prices why we continue to come back. A big thank you.

We could view the items we needed online, checked the samples available at store and place the order. All this was seamless and very smooth. Extremely satisfied with the speed of closure and arriving at our selection
