We asked about a particular Brand ie Therapur and were given lots of information and were able to "TEST DRIVE" the range of the product instore. This we felt was very good and helped us to decide the best product that suited our requirements. With all the information and seeing the product we were able to make a calculated decision to purchase the Therapur Aci Gel Plus Allure 3000k mattress. The purchasing process was swift and easy to understand plus we were given information about "Add On" products such as Insurance cover and Removal of Old mattresses both of which we took up. Your Dream Collegue JADE was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process very easy. All in All a very pleasant experiance

The staff member was very knowledgeable, and explained the difference between the different mattresses that were on offer. I had no idea that there were so many types!

James, the store manager at Newbury was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. He stayed with me the whole time I needed guidance and then gave me plenty of space to decide on what I wanted. The Staff at the Newbury branch especially Ollie, were all highly competent and knowledgeable. At all times we felt like we were being advised about the products instead of being lead to the most expensive one's. The fact that we were offered a coffee early on and the Army discount was easily applied, just added to the good experience.
