We arrived during sale, hoping to be able to take advantage of it, but quickly realised that our complex requirements would not be satisfied with anything in the sale. The Assistant who helped us put us at ease, and listened- hearing that i was used to memory foam and my husband preferred sprung. However , I have developed hip issues in addition to an original back problem and my tempur mattress wasn't hitting the mark! The assistant knew his product and patiently and logically took us through options and choices across a range of prices, my husband and I have totally ranging requirements and we feel they are met and we also felt it was a friendly and open environment, truly ensuring we got the best solution for our needs.

The young sales assistant ( Nicole I think her name was) was extremely polite, efficient and had good product knowledge. Delivery times suited me and I am very pleased with the options to have the old bed recycled.

The assistant Nicole was brilliant Friendly helpful . She pulled every bed out took time to explain all the points good and not so good of every sofa bed. Let us decide by ourselves which bed we wanted. Found out other useful information for us. Really sweet efficient manner. She is a real asset to your Newbury store.
