James was very knowledgeable and pleasant and showed us all that we ask for.

Very polite and attentive service from James who took time to explain different options [which can seem complicated]. He was very clear when completing the order form and followed this up by email. On last year's order delivery the delivery men came when they said they would and were very polite when assembling bed etc. I consider I've have had very good service from the Newbury Dreams.

Salesman had a good knowledge of the products and gave me plenty of time to decide. He also made good suggestions.

Nicole in store was very knowledgeable about all the different types of beds available. She was not to pushy and gave good unbiased advice on what we were looking for.

Ollie was excellent, He didn't pounce straight away. He let us settle in and then gently approached. His product knowledge was excellent.

Dreams assistant James was one of the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He gave us all the information we needed to know, he answered a couple of awkward questions and then left us time to consider our options. No pressure. He was that good we brought extra items, not originally planned. Really nice and helpful guy Much better than Bensons !!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable salesman

The assistant was smart, intelligent and cheerful. I think she was still learning the job. Nevertheless, she knew who to ask for help and sorted things out quickly.
