Nicole who assisted us was very knowledgeable and friendly, she wasn't pushy at all and was there to help and advise when needed. She also explained that she had seen how the mattresses were made which was interesting. Very helpful.

No pressure asserted but helpful constructive information for making our choices

Every question was answered very quick and politely. You were left alone at times to be able to discuss. Not many stores do this. Overall curtious.
