We came to Dreams after a friend recommended it. Upon arriving we found the layout to be very straightforward and informative. The information on the walls and the colour system quickly helped us identify the type of bed we liked as we went in with no prior knowledge of mattresses. After not too long we were approached by James who offered help. At the time we wasn't too serious about buying, our intent was to check out prices and styles we liked at a showroom. We found the Tempur section and fell in love as it was the only style to completely remove both of our pain. James came through at the exact right time to tell us all about the selection. His help and knowledge was invaluable to us. He treated us like people and not a statistic or a commission. After a very thorough explanation we left with smiles, a very detailed quote and service we couldn't find anywhere else. After a bit of research we found a larger mattress for £14 more at John Lewis but it was James explanation of 'cool touch' that lead us to come back to Dreams. Ultimately it was a well laid out store, with great staff and knowledge, that had us happy to downgrade size for the same price with better technology.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. After going over several beds I placed an order and was given a delivery time of a week. I was very impressed with the staff, the ordering and the speed.

There was a good display of merchandise in the store. The colour coding and labelling of the different types and makes of beds and mattresses made it easy to look around and not waste time trying to fathom out the details of the products. We have bought 3 beds from Dreams over the years, so have come to know the order and delivery process that works well for us.
