The gentleman assisting us was very courteous and knowledgable. The store was a little understaffed, however, he acknowledged us and apologised for the delay. Once he assisted us he was very helpful and answered all my questions and gave great advice. I’m now looking forward to receiving delivery of my lovely new bed!

Ollie was amazing and really helped us find the right bed and mattress for us. He was so lovely and understanding and very knowledgeable on all the beds and mattresses we looked at. It was a total minefield for my husband and I and Ollie really made it easy for us and also recommended a few things we would not have thought about. He was so friendly and it made us want to order with dreams over other shops we looked at.

The store was spacious and well laid out. Easy to ask for advice but staff were not pushy. Lots of choice of bed frames and mattresses and was good that you can 'try before you buy'. This was my first bed purchase for my new home and I felt assured I was buying from the right company.

Showroom was well stocked with a variety of beds, good layout. Always staff on hand to help you. Ease of ordering and paying.

I'm back to purchase another Francis Ottoman bed following on from a previous purchase just over a month ago.
