The assistant (Oliver, I think) was 1st class! Working on his own in the store, he quickly dealt with the telephone call he was on when we arrived to assist us. We urgently needed a double mattress and he sold us a clearance item that we are very pleased with. He even took the time to put a plastic cover on it and loaded it onto our van. Another couple had come into the store whilst he was dealing with us and he had to dash to see to them but gave us the proper service. It can’t be easy, working on his own, but he was great!
