The service was very helpful but not over bearing

We were greeted by Jazz upon arrival, he listened to what we wanted and took us to the mattress testing area. He was polite, offered us beverages and gave us space to privately discuss personal matters. The service we received was attentive but not pushy and we felt very comfortable and did not feel that all he wanted was a sale.

We were met at the door and asked if we needed advice or assistance. We were taken through the product options and all our questions answered and allowed time to to think it over. I usually hate shopping but I really enjoyed the whole experience and felt we came away having made the best decision for a good night's sleep.

As soon as my son and i walked Jazz approached us in a friendly manner and looked after us and our needs. Excellent customer service and a really lovely guy!

We visited twice, first to look around and the returned to make a purchase. On both occasions we were welcomed in a very nice way, staff had the answer to out questions and helped greatly. Nothing bad to point out at all.
