Dreams - Newbury

We were not sure of the bed/mattress we required, but with the help of the assistant and your computer bed, this helped us with our choice.

Our whole experience in store was fantastic. The sales lady Michelle was very friendly and very helpful. With her excellent knowledge and advice we are very happy with our purchase.

Great service from an honest, polite and very helpful assistant

I was seen straight away. The assistant, Bethany, asked if I would like to try the special bed that determines which mattress is suitable for my sleeping position. Once a decision was made on the mattress I was shown the Tempur. Although comfy it was beyond my price range. Bethany showed me a cheaper one that felt good. I decided on paying 0% finance so I will have a divan and mattress which are comfy and affordable. I was offered tea or coffee and made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.

The young man who took my order in Newbury I think his name was Craig was very helpful & polite & was the perfect example of a first class salesman ,even remembering me from an earlier visit.. I have nothing but praise for the young man & I hope that he goes far in your business. All went smoothly & he was very helpful & attentive, could not have done better. Please check his name.

friendly and jnowledgeable staff. however a bit quick in delivering his script and jumped around a bit, we needed to take T out and recap what he was trying to tell us with types, brands, prices etc. calm down a bit !

I was looked after by Bethany in the Newbury store and was really pleased with her approach which was friendly and not pushy. She allowed me to explain what I was after and then took that information to help me look at the right mattresses, at no time was Bethany pushy otherwise I would have walked out. She came across as genuinely sincere, friendly and had a good sense of humour. She was patient, knowledgeable and overall her level was a lot higher than I was expecting when I first walked in. With regards to the store, it was functional and clean but looking a little tired and I would dated in terms of appearance to bring up to date with what customers are looking for in terms of the total experience/packaging.

Craig gave excellent service, I was not able to choose the bed I preferred but I have a good substitute. The mattress is fantastic but I have to wait a month for it. I am very happy with my purchase and service.

I was asked on several occasions if I wanted a tea or coffee or bottle of water as it was a warm day
