Staff very helpful but not pestering us all the time Just hope mattress is what we’re after nice to no have trial period

Bethany, who served me, was very friendly and able. She took me directly to the product range I was interested in and explained the prices really clearly. She was also able to direct me to alternative products when we discussed them and helped explain the differences.

Service was quick efficient and Bethany was so helpful.

Bethany was assisting us the moment we entered the Dreams store. First She welcome us with a coffee and after guided us in sleepmatch process and later on showed the potential best mattresses. We were highly satisfied with all the time we spent in the showroom.

I had researched extensively online and decided on a particular bedframe and I found the specific one AND colour in the Newbury store. With help from Bethany I was able to narrow down the additional options very quickly and place the order withing 30 minutes of entering the store. As a result of Bethany's guidance, I actually ended up spending more than I had planned but I was happy to do this.

Bethany was super helpful and friendly, made making this big purchase easy. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products we purchased. The only issue is we wanted the smart tv but that was not put on the order so we need to return to the store to have that rectified, but she truly was very confident and a pleasure to deal with.
