Sam was brilliant very knowledgeable and both myself and my wife left the shop happy we'd brought what we needed and didn't leave with something we didn't actual need. While we were waiting she kept my 4 year old daughter happy with a balloon game and we were happy she did that. Overall a great experience from us and thank you very much, we can't wait for it to be delivered!

Sammy was knowledgable about products to offer and was happy to do whatever she could to help. Both Beth and Sammy were friendly and the process of testing and ordering was completed quickly and everything was fully explained.

Shaun greeted us both, after entering the store, and was very pleasant and polite. He was very approachable and friendly, and made us feel comfortable, as this was the first time we had this sort of experience as we have always bought our mattresses on line.

Sammy served me at the Newbury store. She listened to exactly what I wanted and even had the exact bed to show me, also she was very kind and welcoming to my 3yr old daughter. Everything was so easy and straight forward
