Good product knowledge plenty to look at and try out listened to what we had to say and helped accordingly- seemed interested rather than just out for a sale

We bought our last bed from Dreams quite a few years ago, and it has lasted well. When we went into our Dreams store (Newbury) we weren't pounced upon by Sales people, we were given time to look around at all the beds on show and when we had a bed we were interested in we then asked for assistance. Which was excellent. Your Sales Lady was very polite and friendly, and handled our order and arranged delivery of our bed in a very efficient manner. We are thrilled with our new bed and definitely will be recommending you to friends and family in the future. Thank you.

I have got immediate service and good advice. No problems placing the order and all the options were explained to me.

We went to a different bed store the day before and got a quote, we ended up spending £400 less at dreams, the delivery time was quicker and cheaper. Friendly staff too.

The colleague who helped us was extremly knowledgeable of the products and very patient with an indecisive 6 months pregnant customer! She was happy to stay late past the store closing to help us complete our order and didn't rush us once.

Bethany went out of her way to find a solution to my problem.As I am in a wheelchair I am restricted as to the size and height of the bed and mattress and she was extremely helpful and found the solution for me.

We were greeted upon arrival by Sammy and she encouraged to use the computer technology to determine which mattress to buy. She used the results and directed us to a variety of suitable mattresses, explaining the difference between each one. Sammy was patient and we never felt any pressure into making a quick decision. We were offered refreshments throughout too. Once we had decided on a mattress, we returned the following day to look at bed frames. Sammy recognised us immediately and directed us to the bed frames. Although it was busier than the previous day, Sammy took time to help us, and other customers, without appearing rushed or flustered. Bethany also helped us decide on a frame - she was both knowledgeable, professional and honest about the products. Finally, during the sales process, Sammy clearly went through all the information & the extra costs, thoroughly explaining what each one was. She apologised for being busy (but considering there was just the two of them, I'm amazed at how professional & calm they stayed during a rush of customers!) My partner & I genuinely felt that both Sammy and Bethany helped make the big purchase both easier and stress-free. Thank you!

Our assistant Sammy was really helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Your technology to assess our ideal mattress was very helpful and it was nice to have a cup of coffee while we chose. I regret not going to dreams previously when we chose a mattress. It will be our first port of call in future and I will bring my JimJams next time.
