Dreams - Newbury

We were highly satisfied due to the sales assistant Bethany who took her time dealing with us explaining the different types of bed available in store. Her product knowledge and patience Bethany put us at our ease and made the whole shopping experience an easy one. This brings customers back to stores Like Dreams .

Bethany was very friendly and knowledgeable and allowed us to fully satisfy ourselves that we had found the right bed.

The assistant was very attentive. She gave plenty of advice - had lots of time for me. Offered me coffee and wasn't trying to push me out of the store. Even found an alternative mattress that could be delivered earlier, as the one I chose was on back order for 4 weeks.

We were asked if we required assistance when we entered store but not in an over bearing way. Bethany was extremely helpful without being pushy. This made the experience all most enjoyable. I never enjoy spending money so surprised I made my mind up so quickly to buy.

Only came in to store to browse for a new mattress with a budget of £1000. The assistant who helped us, Sammy is clearly a witch, i regret having the 'coffee' she made us as i suspect it may have contained rohypnol which meant we spent 3 times our budget with pillows, protectors a mattress and a bloody bed! Perhaps you could release her to Brussels to sort out the Brexit negotiations?
