Mr Peter West was accompanied by family as he is mentally handicapped and was treated by Claire(from reading store) as a normal member of the public. She took time to find out what he’s he would like, what mattress he needed (he had no idea so she used the machine to help him choose the right mattress). We looked round and tried out mattresses and we found the perfect one. She spent more time with us getting quotes and working out what was best for Peter. Finally Claire took the time to listen to him as he talked about his personal issues and why he is getting this bed. It means a lot to him and Claire listened. When we went back to buy the bed sammy (Newbury store) finished off our quote and ordered exactly what we wanted and again treated Peter with respect. Thank you newbury dreams for making someone very happy.
