All three ladies were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us find the bed that would work as we had limited space. We had purchased the Ellis bed last November but moved house so was too big for the room. We live the Ellis bed so they found an alternative that would work. Also we were there on Remembrance Sunday and loved that the occasion was taken seriously asking for all customers to take part in 2 min silence.

We dealt with Craig who had recently started, and he was fantastic. Excellent service and showed quite a few different ranges and explained things in detail. Ended up buying the mattress that a friend had recommended and got it a discount, as it was an ex display model. Very happy with the service.

Sammy, was helpful and not pushy from the minute we walked through the door, getting an understanding of our needs and also involving the kids to make the experience less boring for them which made it less stressful for us Would definitely recommend and would also use this store again Great job
