The store manager and advisor Craig greated us and told us where to find sofa beds. We went upstairs and Very promptly the store manager came up and had a chat with us, gave us super product knowledge and made the purchase and customer experience flawless. I've managed retail stores before and would have her work for me any day.

We were so pleased with the level of service we received from the Newbury store from Bethany, carol and colleagues. We visited initially to look through options and the staff were so attentive and even helped us with our two children whilst we tried the bed machine which was beyond what they needed to do and very kind. On our second visit Bethany was extremely helpful and friendly. More than we had hoped, which really made the process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you again!
