Approaches as soon as entered the store, shown how to use the dream match. Very friendly & helpful store staff Sammy. We were very impressed by the lead time on delivery (very quick) We were given enough choices to choose from and also left to try the products out in our own time. Exactly how us as a customer would want to be dealt with.

A young guy called craig served me he was very polite and welcoming,while we where looking around he asked if we needed any help ,I asked for advice on the mattresses he was very helpful , help asked us if we would like a cup of tea,which we did,order process quick and delivery dated arranged there and then,both staff very friendly as I called in saturday and the lady was very helpful then

I call into the store to purchase a bed and mattress which I need before Christmas. I was served by Craig Clark and a lady also helped me (I didn't get her name). Both were extremely nice, friendly and helpful people. Really nice to deal with.

The assistant took her time to find the mattress that suited our needs, suggesting several for us to try and also asking our price range, she was not pushy and we felt she really cared about making sure we were comfortable. answering any questions directly!!

Michelle at Dreams Newbury was extremely helpful. She introduced us to the Sleep machine and then guided us through the results but in a friendly, informative but not too pushy manner. She appeared to know what she was talking about. I believe she's fairly new to the company but will be a great asset to the team.
