Dreams - Newbury

We were assisted by Craig in the Newbury store who we were very impressed with and he is the main reason we returned and bought the bed from Dreams. We were left alone to browse for a little while before Craig approached us and suggested we try Sleep Match. I’m so glad we did as we didn’t have a clue which mattress to buy! Craig seemed pretty knowledgeable and really helped us. Cannot wait for the new mattress to arrive now! Also, the Tempur pillows that Craig gave us to use while we tried the different mattresses was amazing and we purchased 2 of those also!

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a member of staff. He took me to the bed measuring machine where a list of recommended mattresses was produced. The member of staff described the results and the different constructions of mattress, before taking me around the store to look at and try all mattresses on the list. I was given a pillow at each bed and I was not made to feel rushed, which meant I was able to make a good decision on which mattress I wanted to purchase. The knowledge of the member of staff about each construction was good and it helped me to understand the difference between the different types - very helpful given that I have zero knowledge about mattresses! When I chose the mattress I wanted, I was told a lead time and shown a list of available delivery dates. After selecting the date, the payment and ordering process was nice and quick. Overall a very good experience.

We wasn't sure what we wanted and Samy your assistant at Newbury offered us a try on the beds to discover our needs ,she then spent time directing us to the suitable beds giving us lots of time to access all the comforts, Her knowledge of all of the mattresses was very good. we felt very satisfied with our choice of mattress with no pressure from anyone on our choice but very friendly service. thank you

From the minute we walked into the shop we were greated with warm and friendly staff. They were extremely knowledgable with the products they were selling. Sammy in particular gave us all the options and information we needed to make our decision without the hard sell which was refreshing. We would recommend Dreams to friends and family in the future.

The assistant couldn’t have done more to help us. She knew a lot as well.
