Excellent service Bethany was very aware of products to meet our specific requirements. We were not pressured into purchasing.

Craig C, the colleague's name who assisted me, was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. He dealt with my order with good humour [which liked], and as left, as t was raining, carried out part of my order to the car, ensuring that the paperwork did not get wet. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience.

The customer service was outstanding. The store manager went above and beyond to help us. We needed a bed to take away that day, she made it happen.

The assistant I dealt with, Craig C, at your Newbury store, was very friendly, helpful, and efficient, and made the experience enjoyable. He lso had a good sense of humour, which I appreciated! The order, and transaction, was competently dealt with, and all the options fully explained.

My assistant (Michelle) spent time understanding what I wanted and I was able to try everything out I wanted to buy. I was able to get quick delivery and my old mattress removed. Great service.

We felt that Dreams went all the way to understand our needs: the bed simulator helped us understand the type of mattress we needed, the lady assisting us was very kind and knowledgeable about the products and very friendly and we found a mattress that felt very comfortable. I was having a bad day as I was suffering from an acute episode of back pain and lying down and getting up was quite tricky. The lady helping us was very kind and patient, offered drinks and explained the benefits of each product. We ended up spending about £1000 more than we planned. Today, the bed was delivered, I’m looking forward to waking up tomorrow morning without a stiff back.
