The member of staff, Craig, was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I visited the store the previous day to see what my options were and he was very patient in explaining everything,and when I arrived having decided what to order, he was again very good to talk to. On each visit he offered to make me a hot drink, which was kind.

Bethany was very knowledgable and really happy to help. It was a pleasure from start to finish

We were highly satisfied with our recent visit to our local Dreams, the reasons being were that we were greeted by your sales assistant Craig upon arrival and he was quick to establish the reason for our visit. Craig offered us a tea/coffee before he invited us to try the Sleepmatch. After completing Sleepmatch, Craig then invited us to choose a pillow of our choice in order to gain the best experience whilst trying the recommended beds. As we tried each bed Craig explained each make up of the mattress as we went around the shop floor. Craig took time to let us experience each bed in our own time but was on hand to answer any of our questions. We later also spoke with your sales assistant called Beth who was also very helpful and product knowledgeable.We will be returning in March to order the bed that found most suitable to our needs.

We were well pleased with the young man who approached us without being too pushy. He gave us lots of help.

Michelle was excellent from start to finish. Helping my son to choose a new mattress and helping us to choose pillows.

Primarily the staff, who were extremely helpful and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable. It felt like they were allowing me to lean into their expertise rather than forcing a product choice on me, and they did everything they could to make me feel like a valued customer. I'm really glad I went in-store instead of ordering online, the customer service was superb.

The assistant was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. She saved me time by listening to my needs and directing me to the right products for me. I would recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Top quality service ,Craig C was spot on ,knows the business extremely well, very informative, patient. Presented himself very well ,freindly offered coffee ,this young man could easily become a manager of dreams store ,our mattress is due on friday 21st February so looking forward to sleeping on it .

Really well looked after by Bethany who was both informative and helpful. Love the mattress and hope it’s as good to sleep on as when trying in the shop. A bit disappointed with the less time for delivery but do understand that the divan has to be made to order.

From the moment I stepped into the store I found the whole experience excellent. Craig the adviser was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. The other members of staff in the store were also very friendly. Craig put me into the dreams electronic assessment bed which was amazing. He also listened very carefully to what I needed personally. It’s not everyday that I have to buy a mattress so I really appreciated his knowledgeable help. I will definitely recommend Craig and Dreams to friends and family.
