Bethany was immediately very welcoming. She had excellent knowledge and took time to assess what we needed. The store was laid out well and we could take as much time as we wanted trying out beds.

We were highly satisfied with the help we were given whilst visiting the Newbury store. Any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction, we did not feel at all pressurised in making decisions as we had plenty of time to try out the different mattresses. There were lot’s of choices and we had help in selecting the best products for us. We look forward to receiving our new mattresses and are confident that they will suit our needs. Thanks to Craig for his help and here’s to a good nights sleep.
