Very friendly and professional

As soon as I entered, I was greeted by Michelle. She was very friendly and asked lots of questions during my visit. She also showed me the magic sleep test machine, which gave a print out of what kind of bed I needed, over a range of 7 or so different beds. Michelle then guided me through each of the beds and told me about each one in detail, and asked for as much feedback as possible from myself. Michelle even went and showed me other beds that weren't on the list, displaying her great knowledge for the beds and why each one was different. I ended up with an option of two beds that I took longer in trying, and Michelle gave me coffee while I was testing the two beds. When I found the bed I wanted, we went straight to payment, which was painless and very quick. Very happy with everything and made my day!

Very professional and courteous service

Bethany was helpful every time I visited or rang Dreams in Newbury. The bed i was looking at was not available to order for 8 weeks, but contact was made by the store to notify me I was now able to place an order. Bethany was very helpful along with the store manager discussing additional add ons to match our selected bed style. Great deal on mattress protector, duvet & pillows.

The gentleman who served me, Craig at the Newbury store is to be praised. I telephoned the store in the morning which was quickly answered by Craig and I arranged to visit the store later in the day. From the telephone call to placing the order, it was a pleasure to do business with Dreams. Which leads me to say "service such as this is a rare treat indeed". Thank you.

Excellent customer service from Bethany who made us very welcome with a nice cup of tea. Her knowledge and guidance on all products was most helpful. I came away feeling very happy and satisfied with the bed I had purchased and will certainly recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Colleague was very friendly, knowledgeable and did not rush or push us to make a decision. He stood back while we discussed our options but answered all questions we had. He was very quick and efficient in processing our order, explaining everything as he went along.
