As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Bethany who run through the social distancing and cleaning routine. Promptly advised us to measure our sleeping pattern with the bed gadget and ensured that we found what we were looking for, whilst keeping everything clean while we tried out beds.

We were offered Hand sanitation upon arrival as well as face coverings. The 2 meter rule was followed at all times by the two young ladies in the store. They cleaned each bed and offered us clean covers which were disposed of upon leaving the store. We were also offered a drink while we were visiting and processing the order.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and welcomed instantly. The sales advisor Craig was more than helpful I explained all of mine and my partners wants/needs and he showed me around the store explained the differences in divan bed frames and headboards. I was offered teas and coffee and overall had a good and easy experience with all options offered and explained in detail. I had a good chat with the sales advisor and would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends. I will return to the store again soon with my partner to look at additional furniture.
