Craig Clark was extremely helpful and allowed my daughter and I all the time we needed to choose our matresses. We used the special sleep matcher bed to give an idea of what we needed which was good but his advice was excellent and his patience and cheerfulness made it very easy. The delivery men were also very good, prompt and efficient.

Bethany greeted us at the door and very politely and professionally guided us through the social distancing and hand sanitizing procedures the store has in place, she made us immediately feel safe and confident to enter the store. She then asked me if I would like to be checked on the 'machine' for my ideal mattress and talked me through the procedure all the time keeping the social distance requirements, during this time more people entered the store and she took the time to explain the covid requirements clearly and politely to them. Her knowledge of the products was excellent and she answered all the questions I had very quickly and clearly. Ordering was very easy with Bethany and she sorted out my awkward delivery date perfectly. Bethany was brilliant, she really made us feel safe and at ease from the moment we entered the store!
