The Newbury store is set out in a clear and spacious way. There is a table by the door with various PPE for customers, including bottles of water. We were greeted by Michelle when we arrived. Michelle explained that there are two members of staff working and explained the guidelines for the shop to ensure social distancing. Once Michelle has our reading from the sleep match mattress, she asked some further questions to ensure she had the correct information, then showed us relevant mattresses with PPE to ensure safety. Nothing was too much trouble for Michelle, she took her time with us making sure our needs were met. Michelle was clear when explaining about products and further products we may be interested in, without being pushy.
