The machine was very interesting and pointed me to a mattress in no time. Trying the mattress in the shop seemed to indicate it was much more comfortable than my current one bit I have not received it yet so I can’t yet be sure

I purchased a standard double bed from Dreams (Newbury, Berkshire), the sales assistance was extremely efficient and helpful, answering all my questions. The health & safety measures in place since covid 19 were excellent too, the store provided masks and hand sanitiser, as well as pillows with disposable cases. Was very impressed and felt very safe too. Very pleased with my purchase, I bought my last bed from Dreams two years ago and still over the moon with that one, this one is for my spare room. Will always recommend Dreams to friends as the bed are so comfortable and very well priced.

just generally happy. Staff were great (listened well and very helpful with guidance and ideas), completely on top of social distancing and I did like the machine that works out the type of bed that is best for you (a lot of time saved there).
