My preconception of Dreams was a low end store that has lots of sales so have been very very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Store was clean and well stocked, assistant was very knowledgeable and really helpful Order process and service and has been excellent. Perhaps Dreams should promote this excellent service and the fact they have higher end beds as this is exactly what we wanted and got from Dreams.
