Bethany was extremely attentive and was very patient with us as we made our way through the options to get to the right mattress.

I would like to say the team at Dreams Newbury handled themselves very well with setting up the right social distancing rules, to being offered a face mask to the disposable bed and pillow topper. Each bed would get a wipe down after we checked.

Very pleasant member of staff (Michelle) helpful and knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained what was in place to protect against Covid and checked we were happy throughout the transaction, checking her understanding of our needs.

Excellent customer relations with great product knowledge. Never hassled throughout and even in current times, a very friendly set of eyes above a mask

We were highly satisfied with our experience at the store. The store was very clean and the safety measures that are in place made it a comfortable place to shop for our new mattresses and pillows. We received help from a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. She was great!
