Dreams - Newbury

We were greeted by Michelle when we came in the store, she was very polite and talked us through the health measures in place in the store. We asked for help with children's mattresses and Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful and decided upon 2 mattresses for our 2 girls. We then wanted to do some research for a mattress for myself and my husband, Michelle explained the Sleep Match machine which she then took us through. Our children started to get bored with mum and dad shopping, Michelle got our children bottles of water and included them in the conversation so we could concentrate on thinking about mattresses. We ended up purchasing a mattress for ourselves (not just researching) as we were so happy with the process and mattress we found.

i was very undecided of which mattress to go for and had to go back and fourth to the shop - my daughter has a slipped disc so we needed the mattress not only for comfort but for her back - bethany was very patient and answered so many questions - very patient and very helpful

It was good to be able to let the machine decide which mattress was suitable for me,I was given plenty of options to choose from and the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.
