Beth that look after us was very good

We were looking for a comfortable mattress and had no real idea but the Salesman was extremely knowledgeable snd and helped us to choose the right mattress for us.

Happy knowledgeable staff who remembered me and my requirements from previous visit.

Bethany new the products and was very helpful, she helped by measuring our sleep positions and showed us a range of products and helped us choose the right product for us, she was very professional throughout the process, from selection to payment to follow up.

at short notice we decided to visit Dreams Newbury to purchase a new matress. We were greeted positively, asked about our requirements and within the hour had a new matress wrapped up and ready to go. Staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable of products - really great experience that I was not expecting!

The young gentleman who served me was very helpful in finding me the right mattress for the right price. He understood my needs and even gave me a small discount. He was easy to talk to whilst going through the ordering process; great customer service skills.

Good CSA

The sales assistant, Bethany, was very helpful with every step of the process. We went in a couple of months ago explaining that we would be buying a bed when we move house. She helped us with choosing our bed and mattress and then remembered us when we went back yesterday to purchase them. She spent lots of time with us even the first time when it was clear that we weren't yet in the position to buy anything. She then worked very quickly with processing our order when we went back yesterday. She also offered us cups of tea and suggested a comfy sofa for my mum to sit on as my mum is currently injured.

On entering we were greeted by Craig and offered a drink. After looking around Craig assisted us in talking through our favourite items and answering all our questions. Craig was professional and helpful and patient. Craig then directed us to the sleep technology to identify an appropriate mattress. Craig took the time to take us through all the options identified for my daughter to test. Overall I was very happy with the experience and Craig provided a first class service. On visiting the store I has intended to only look around and then visit another shop however I was so impressed and confident with Craig that I did not need to go to another shop.
