The service at the store was highly commendable. We were well briefed about the pros and cons of each type of bed. We could see a variety of choices which fit well to our budget and most importantly which were comfortable to lie down. Me being a person with back problems, was shown the best fit mattress which woulc be comfortable to my back. I was surprised at the range of products available. Cleanliness at the store was another point which stood out. We were a bit skeptical before coming down for a face to face purchase. But the moment we entered the store, we were pretty confident in trying out the beds

The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Very aware of other customers in the store and they spoke with everyone. If they couldn't deal with anyone at the time they gave a reasonable availability time to wait.

The lady who served us was so helpful and found us the perfect mattress. She made sure we were given all the help we needed and then also gave us some time to have a think and wander on our own which we really appreciated and was not pushy in the slightest. She was so lovely!
