Very friendly staff who helped us at Newbury store

Clean and tidy store (unlike the Basingstoke branch which I walk into and Walker straight back out) polite and helpful staff

The team who worked there were brilliant. I unfortunately can't remember names but Newbury is the place to go. The chap who helped us is definitely in the right trade with customer service. He was approachable. Gave us direction when we needed or asked for it but also space to consider and try out. Just brilliant.

Excellent customer service-we were approached on arrival and after explaining what we needed, Bethany suggested the sleep machine and this would give the information that would help with our decision. Once Bethany had taken us around the store and we were shown the suggested mattresses she gave us plenty of time to make a decision. Bethany was able to answer all our questions confidently. We were able to buy knowing that we had lots of information and guidance.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We were really pleased with our visit to Dreams in Newbury. It was 8 years since buying our last mattress with Dreams. Everything went well. The new machine for accessing your body weights etc was amazing.

We were made welcome in the store very quickly and the sales assistant who helped us was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all products. We were very undecided about which type of bed we wanted to choose, but we weren’t rushed or made to feel in the way, and could ask as many questions as we wanted to help us decide

Bethany was very helpful and knowledgeable. She supported us in finding a mattress that suited our needs. She took time to help us.

The customer service was excellent and there was a large range of mattresses to choose from. The assistant was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. .
