Bethany from the Newbury store was helpful, very knowledgeable about each mattress she showed us and was able to answer all our questions,Although we didn’t make a decision on the day, Bethany was not pushy and informed us that once we had made a decision, she would be able to assist if we returned.

Staff gave us time and were sensitive to our needs to look around at leisure without being bothered.

The care and attention to detail give by Bethany during my visits last weekend were superb. Her care in meeting my needs for bed requirements; taking the greatest professional care to listen, understand and advise while all the time ensuring all Covid safety measures were In place and as heard to was exemplary. Even at times I was given time alone to consider options care was taken by Bethany to subtly ensure cleaning took place in all areas of the store I visited without it being intrusive or obvious. Truly excellent service and sales technique.
