The assistant (Craig) was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us everything we needed. We only we t in to tests some beds and possibly buy elsewhere but due to Craig we went back and made the purchase. He was not too pushy at all which we really liked and he gave us plenty of options. He was a credit to your store in Newbury and your company

Bethany from the Newbury store was helpful, very knowledgeable about each mattress she showed us and was able to answer all our questions,Although we didn’t make a decision on the day, Bethany was not pushy and informed us that once we had made a decision, she would be able to assist if we returned.
