The assistant at Newbury (Michelle) was extremely helpful, passionate and knowledgeable

We were helped by Bethany, and she was brilliant. We were purchasing 2 beds and a mattress, so it all took a bit of time! She guided us through the mattresses suitable For us and helped our children decide on beds. She was brilliant with our children....our 4 year old wouldn’t stop chatting, and she simply enjoyed his chatting. We were offered water several times while there and she was perfectly polite. My only criticism would be the length of time to wait before delivery, but we completely understand

Very friendly assisted by Michelle at the Newbury store. She listened to what we wanted and suggested a range of products. We were able to try out the products

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable of the product and was very good at recommending the right product we needed. We entered with a budget of £800 in mind but we're utterly convinced with our decision to spend twice that much thanks to Michelle.
