We were immediately greeted in store by a friendly assistant who explained the safety procedures and then how we could check the type of mattress we required by a computerised bed covered in protective paper, which we did. We then took the paper around and tried different mattresses before purchasing. We were offered bottled water to drink and shown the different prices and the extra insurance covers we could add on. We then selected every aspect and paid. The bed, mattress and headbopard will be delivered in 4 weeks which suits us. It was a pleasant experience, the young man who assisted us was very helpful.
