I have made 2 recent purchases in Dreams and the service has been exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable, happy to help, enthusiastic, chatty and friendly. Dream look after their staff extremely well, particularly during this pandemic and this is one of the reasons I support them. Their staff clearly like working for them too. Most of them I have spoken to have been there for a long time which speaks volumes. I dealt in person at Rugby and via phone to a location up North.

Excellent service - the manager dealing with my phone order was terrific. So helpful and friendly. Delivery team were also great. Frequent updates on delivery was very helpful.
