Dreams - Newbury

We were greeted by Bethany and she was prompt in attending to us (though not overbearing). She gave us lots of options and took time to understand what we were looking for. We had waiting some time, (for the store to reopen from lockdown) to make this purchase(s) and were fairly sure we knew what we wanted but Bethany guided us to exactly what we needed. It was an easy experience so far.

The member of staff that dealt with us was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

It was my first time at dreams I found it very easy to talk to the lady that served me she was friendly and showed me what had to be done to find my perfect mattress we had social distancing all the time but not in an awkward way she chatted to me all the time which was really nice as I fell uneasy with awkward silence I would definitely recommend dreams to anyone needing beds /mattress thank you for a pleasant shopping experience

A challenging sale for Craig C as I attended with my six year old who was excited at the start and bored by the end but very grateful for Craig's help in sticking with us to get everything sorted. Great product knowledge when weighing up options. Will be back for a divan at some point shortly minus the six year old.
