I went to the Newbury store and was assisted by Craig and he was amazing, great product knowledge and within 20 minutes we were able to choose a bed, pillow and devan. He was brilliant, he deserves some recognition.

A first class store and one I had not heard of until TV advert over the weekend. The sales person gave a good account of herself , well trained and nothing was too much trouble. She knew the products well.
