Dreams - Newbury

The sales assistant Bethany answered all my questions and was very professional and friendly. I have shopped several times with Dreams and also introduced my son and his wife who also purchased a bed. I have now received the bed protection covers and am very pleased.

I was very impressed with the technology of the machine that ensured that my purchase was the right one for my body and sleeping position.Bethany at the Newbury show room was very patient and new a lot about the products.

Despite there being issues with the PDQ credit card terminal we were really well looked after and the manual fall back of manually completed forms and contacting another branch to get authorization of our card payment was conducted swiftly and with a minimum of fuss.

Craig was really attentive as soon as we entered the store and even offered us a tea/coffee, which was a lovely touch! He recommended products that weren't specifically on our list (after using the sleep match device) and explained why and was really on it with social distancing and cleanliness. Really knowledgeable and nice to talk too throughout.

We were not sure which mattress we wanted so were really impressed with the way we were helped to choose the right mattress for us. The sales assistant was very professional, gave us good advice and was very knowledgeable. She was attentive but not over bearing and gave us plenty of time to make up our minds. We then decided to get a bed as well due to the discount offered for buying both items. Very pleased to have the option to delay the delivery until we move house.
